  • Cops who arrested a speeding female motorist on the FLIP OF A COIN are placed on leave

He says Officer Brown and Officer Wilson are both on paid administrative leave pending an investigation.

However, the video shows them discussing whether to arrest or ticket her.

On the video - recorded by the officers' own body cams, btw - you can hear Officer Wilson say, "A (arrest) head, R (release) tail". Wilson asks. Brown laughs, and opens an app on her phone that performs a digital coin flip.

Webb said she did not know about the coin toss until WXIA contacted her for an interview, and told NBC News that the behavior was "disgusting".

"I was appalled to believe that a police officer would let a flip of a coin be a deciding factor on whether or not to issue somebody a citation, or more importantly to take somebody into custody", Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant said to ABC.

A spokesperson for Roswell Police Department told Newsweek on Saturday that she did not personally know about the case because of a brief work absence the previous week.

But then Wilson suggests a police code for arrest, and the two can be heard laughing.

Brown responded that she didn't have speed detection. "He cannot come and do that.' When he very well could have come and got my vehicle", Webb recalled of the conversation she had with the officers about her auto being impounded.

Kylie Jenner On Track To Become America's Youngest Billionaire
According to an insider, Jenner feels that she is not "getting the respect" she and others would argue she's rightfully earned. Kylie gave birth to Stormi, her first child with rapper Travis Scott , in February this year after a long-rumoured pregnancy.

But there are no indications they had similar conduct there, he said.

The police made a decision to flip a coin to decide whether to detain a woman who was speeding.

She said she's still contemplating whether or not to seek legal action after the coin toss that tossed her into jail and into the public limelight.

Webb is handcuffed and taken to jail once Officer Brown returns to her vehicle.

'I would like to see them fired, because they shouldn't have been playing with my freedom on a flip of a coin, ' she said.

Brown tells Officer Kristee Wilson she didn't have radar to show how fast Webb was going.

We were in court on Monday when Webb's charges were thrown out.

"I just want to see the two officers, I want to see justice", she said. He said he couldn't discuss details as the investigation is ongoing.
