The Saints failed on an attempted fake field goal when kicker Wil Lutz was tackled one yard short of the first down. Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan picked up his 13th sack of the season, on a play that ended the first half.
After doctors discovered the blood clots, surgery was performed and the 77-year-old TV personality spent two days in the hospital.

According to Deadline, Trebek is expected to resume taping later this month and the show's broadcast schedule is not expected to be affected as episodes are taped months in advance.
In May, he renewed his contract with Sony Pictures Television to host the show through the 2019-2020 season.
